1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Driving Test Cancellations IE (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Driving Test Cancellations IE is an informational service that monitors publicly available driving test slot data from the Road Safety Authority (RSA) of Ireland and provides notifications about potentially available slots. The Service does not book, reserve or guarantee any driving test slot. The Service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the RSA.
3. Completing a booking
All bookings are made through MyRoadSafety. The Service does not access your booking account or complete a booking for you.
4. No guarantees
Notifications are informational only. Slots may be booked by other users before you can complete a booking. We make no guarantees about availability, speed of notification, or successful booking outcomes.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the Service (including reselling notifications, reverse-engineering the app, or attempting to overload our systems). Personal, non-commercial use only.
6. Fees and refunds
Paid subscriptions are billed by the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Refunds are handled by those stores according to their policies.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Driving Test Cancellations IE and its operators are not liable for missed test slots, travel costs, indirect losses, or any consequence of using or being unable to use the Service.
8. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We'll try to give reasonable notice for material changes affecting paid users.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes will be handled in the Irish courts.
