About Irish driving test cancellations
The Road Safety Authority (RSA) manages driving tests across Ireland through a national booking service. Availability can appear when candidates reschedule or cancel, and when new appointment capacity is released. Popular dates can be taken quickly after they appear.
For most learners, this creates a familiar pattern: log in to the booking site, refresh, see nothing available for months, log out, repeat tomorrow. It's frustrating, and it's inefficient.
